Elisabeth Bialosky

Operations Manager
Elisabeth Bialosky joined E2Tech in October 2024 as our Operations Manager / Cleantech Program Manager. Previously she was a youth organizer with 350 New Hampshire, a Dover-based nonprofit that works to further climate justice and renewable energy across New England. In this role, she also worked with high school students, educators, and policy makers to expand climate education access and policy in New Hampshire schools. Elisabeth also has five years of experience as a middle school teacher, initially with Teach For America in Cleveland and subsequently for KIPP Denver. ​

Elisabeth has a B.A. from Denison University in Ohio and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver where she concentrated on organizational leadership and policy practice with a focus on ecological justice. During her time in Colorado, she also worked at an engineering and technology makerspace. Elisabeth lives in South Portland with her husband and their cat. ​
