In conjunction with the Open World Program of the US Congress, E2Tech is excited to host three Ukrainian renewable energy professionals, who are spending time in Washington DC and Maine to learn more about our renewable energy markets and identify grid stabilization and optimization solutions.

The delegation hopes to leave Maine with a greater understanding of renewable energy development in the US, especially planning & regulatory matters. There is a significant opportunity to rebuild the Ukrainian energy grid in a way that will increase the incorporation of renewables.

Don't miss this unusual opportunity to build business and grow your network in the EU!

In attendance will be:

  • Vladyslav Maksadov - Director, Renewable Energy, Ministry of Energy of Ukraine
  • Oleksandr Mykhailovskyi - Head of Division of Alternative and Renewable Electricity, Development of the Electricity Market Support, National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC) (a green tariff program)
  • Iryna Zolotoverkha - Department Head, National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission (NEURC)

We will also be convening a smaller roundtable discussion, earlier the same day, generally hosted at Pierce Atwood, which will include a Ukrainian energy market overview presentation. E2Tech members with an interest in a smaller group meeting with European energy regulators are encouraged to attend. Please email marty@e2tech.org for details.
