Inclusion Maine Conference: Rural Workforce Inclusion

Inclusion Maine’s upcoming Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Conference is an opportunity to partner in hosting the conference, involve & engage employees, and lead the business community in advancing DEI within Maine. We are seeking corporate partners to raise funds, which will be utilized to fund speakers & staff, conference platforms, and event management-related expenses.

Challenge: Rural communities struggle to attract and retain people from racially diverse backgrounds to address workforce challenges.
