Members-only expert-led online meetups on topics of timely interest

Please join Dr. Ira "Ike" Levine, Professor of Natural and Applied Science, University of Southern Maine for a one hour informal Q&A discussing making polymers, food and future scientists, using algae!

Dr. Levine's work is focused on the enhancement of algal cultivars for commercial cultivation. The current market for algae and algal based products exceeds $10 billion per year and is poised for dramatic growth. We'll discuss the algae industry, new products and trends, in an informal presentation with plenty of opportunity for Q&A.

Dr. Levine is also president of The Algae Foundation, a nonprofit focused on education and exposure to the world of algae, including outreach and extension training of the next generation of algal scientists, farmers, aquaculturists, and marketers.

Get ready to go back to school and join E2Tech for an interesting online presentation and discussion of all of the uses, current and future, of this remarkable organism!

This is a FREE E2Tech Member event, hosted on Zoom Meetings. We look forward to seeing you there!

This event is free for members but registration is required.

A Zoom link will be sent once registration is confirmed.
