Through DBE Consulting Services, David provides construction, contract, and project management expertise for the EPC delivery of renewable energy projects. Previously, David was responsible for the engineering and construction activities associated with First Wind’s projects in the Eastern U.S. His group of project managers and construction managers provide the resident expertise to advance projects from the early development phases to commercial operation with a focus on managing the work of engineers and contractors to construct utility-scale wind energy projects. He draws on his 30-plus years of experience in project management, environmental controls and management, and permitting for industry and electric utilities.
